综合护理模式对钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者术后康复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理模式在输尿管结石患者钬激光碎石术后的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年12月我院收治的60例行钬激光碎石术输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数字法分组,奇数纳入对照组(30例),采用常规护理;偶数纳入试验组(30例),采用综合护理。比较2组的一次性碎石成功率、各项护理指标、术后疼痛评分、生活质量评分及术后并发症发生率。结果试验组的一次性碎石成功率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的碎石时间、下床活动时间、排气时间、拔管所需时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的疼痛评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理模式应用于行钬激光碎石术输尿管结石患者的临床护理中,可加快术后康复速度,使患者生活质量得以优化。Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing mode in ureterolithiasis patients after holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 60 cases of ureteral calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The odd number was included in the control group(30 cases)and the even number in the experimental group(30 cases).The control group adopted the routine nursing method,and the experimental group adopted the comprehensive nursing method.The success rate of one-time lithotripsy,nursing indexes,postoperative pain score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time lithotripsy in the experimental group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the gravel time,ambulation time,exhaust time,extubation time,hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain and quality of life index scores of the experimental group were statistically significant Compared with the control group,the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The purpose of applying the comprehensive nursing mode to the clinical nursing of ureteral calculi patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy is to speed up the recovery speed after operation and optimize the quality of life of the patients.
