摘　　要：目的了解掌握在“全面二孩”新计生政策背景下郴州市高龄经产妇产后抑郁状况,进行相关因素的探析。方法选择在郴州市三级甲等综合性医院产科病房中分娩2 d^7 d的高龄经产妇作为研究对象,共计200例,采用调查问卷、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表进行调查分析,明确产妇产后抑郁的影响因素。结果200例产妇中存在产后抑郁者共计44例,Logistic回归分析结果显示分娩方式、婴儿健康、文化程度、职业状况、睡眠状况、产科并发症、规范产检都是影响高龄经产妇产后抑郁的主要因素。结论高龄经产妇产后抑郁的发生概率较高,为了降低产后抑郁风险需要护理人员和产妇、家属有效沟通,加强孕产期心理保健,在出现异常现象后尽早干预,避免产后抑郁发生。Objective To understand the postpartum depression status of elder maternal women in Chenzhou under the background of the new family planning policy of"Comprehensive Two-Child",and to analyze related factors.Methods Selected the elder parturients who gave birth 2-7 days in the obstetric ward of the third-level A general hospital in Chenzhou City as the research object,a total of 200 cases were investigated and analyzed using questionnaires and the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale to clarify the postpartum depression Influencing factors.Results There were 44 cases of postpartum depression in 200 cases of parturients.Logistic regression analysis was carried out.The results obtained were that the mode of delivery,infant health,education level,occupational status,sleep status,obstetric complications,and standardized obstetrics all affected the postpartum depression The main factor.Conclusion The incidence of postpartum depression is relatively high.In order to reduce the risk of postpartum depression,it is necessary for nursing staff to communicate and communicate with mothers and family members,strengthen mental health care during pregnancy and childbirth,and intervene as soon as possible after abnormal phenomena to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.
