真空采血法和传统采血法对血标本溶血现象的影响及满意度评价

摘　　要：目的分析真空采血法和传统采血法对血标本溶血现象的影响及满意度。方法以我院2017年3月—2018年3月采集的100份血标本作为研究对象,根据采血方式的不同进行分组,其中50份采用传统采血法的血标本纳入传统组,另外50份采用真空采血法的血标本纳入真空组。对比2组血标本发生溶血情况和患者满意度。结果传统组血标本总溶血发生率高于真空组(P<0.05);真空组患者的满意度显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论采用真空采血法采集血标本能显著减少溶血现象发生,提高检验的准确度和工作效率,同时为患者减少痛苦,且患者认可度高。Objective To study and analyze the effect and satisfaction of vacuum blood sampling and traditional blood sampling on hemolysis of blood specimens.Methods 100 blood samples collected in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were used as the research object.They were grouped according to the different blood collection methods,and 50 blood samples using traditional blood collection methods were included in the traditional group.Another 50 blood samples using vacuum blood collection were included in the vacuum group,comparing the hemolysis and patient satisfaction of the two groups of blood samples.Results The incidence of mild hemolysis was similar in the two groups of blood samples(P>0.05).The incidence of moderate,severe and total hemolysis in the blood samples of the traditional group was higher than that in the vacuum group(P<0.05).Higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of vacuum blood collection to collect blood samples can significantly reduce the occurrence of hemolysis,improve the accuracy and work efficiency of subsequent tests,and reduce pain for patients.This blood collection method has been highly recognized by patients and is worthy of further promotion and application.
