摘　　要：针对当前电力系统规划收资中存在的格式不固定,流程不规范、收资数据冗余、信息交互不及时等问题,本文提出一种基于SQLite数据库文件的电网规划收资方法,利用SQLite数据库文件作为上下级规划部门进行数据交换的物理媒介,设计了具有固定格式的规划收资方案和规范的滚动规划收资流程。上级规划部门提供当前电网模型作为收资基准数据,下级规划部门设计与之相匹配的规划收资方案。上级规划部门提取合并下级规划部门的收资方案,并进行校核,最终形成统一合理的全网规划方案,在各级规划部门之间实现数据共享。本文所提出的方法,能够实现多级规划部门之间的协同收资,并具有格式规范,数据冗余度低,收资工作量少,方案合理性高等诸多优点,是一种轻便、严格、可靠的电网规划收资新方法。In response to the problem of the irregular format,irregular process,redundant data collection,and untimely information interaction in the current power system planning and collection,this paper proposes a method of power grid planning and collection based on SQLite database files,in which SQLite database files are used as the physical medium for data exchange between the upper and lower planning departments.A fixed plan collecting format and a standardized rolling plan process have been designed.The upper planning department provides the current power grid model as the initial base data,and the lower planning department designs a plan scheme which that matches the base data.The upper planning department extracts and merges the plan schemes of the lower planning departments.At the same time,A verification will be conducted.Finally a unified and reasonable whole network planning scheme will be formed.The scheme will be shared among different departments of all levels.The method proposed in this paper is helpful to the coordinated collection of the power grid plan between multi-level departments.It also has many advantages such as standardized format,low data redundancy,less work for data collection,and high rationality of the scheme,etc.,Generally,it is a portable,rigorous and reliable new method of data collection for power grid planning.
