摘 要:传统定时限保护受干扰因素多,而反时限过流保护组成简单可靠性高。为进一步优化继电保护定值,提出了一种基于差分-花粉算法的反时限过流保护方案。该方案将保护定值整定计算转化为带约束条件的优化问题,以保护装置硬件要求以及保护对之间的协调配合为约束条件,电力系统继电保护动作总时间为目标函数。借助结构简单、寻优能力强的花粉算法,并在此基础上针对群智能优化算法易陷入局部最优、鲁棒性不强的通病加以改进,引入变异操作构成改进差分-花粉算法。6总线系统的算例仿真结果表明,与粒子群优化算法、普通花粉算法以及灰狼算法相比,差分-花粉算法在保护动作时间、计算速度以及协调稳定性上均有不同程度的提高,同时为今后电力系统保护定值在线整定校核问题提供了一种新的方案。Traditional time-limit protection has many interference factors,while the inverse time overcurrent protection is simple and highly reliable.To further optimize the relay protection settings,an inverse time overcurrent protection scheme based on the differential-pollen algorithm is proposed.This scheme converts the protection setting calculation into an optimization problem with constraints.The hardware requirements of the protection device and the coordination between the protection pairs are the constraints.The total time of the relay protection action of the power system is the objective function.With the help of the pollen algorithm with simple structure and strong optimization ability,and on the basis of this,the common problem that the swarm intelligence optimization algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum and not robust is improved.The mutation operation is introduced to form an improved differential-pollen algorithm.The simulation results of the 6-bus system show that,compared with the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the ordinary pollen algorithm and the gray wolf algorithm,the differential-pollen algorithm has different degrees of improvement in protection action time,calculation speed and coordination stability.It provides a new scheme for the future online verification of power system protection settings.
