摘 要:根据零件特征和成形工艺分析,设计了零件成形的四个工序,分别为:拉延成形工序、修边冲孔切开工序、整形翻边切断工序和翻边冲孔工序。依据工艺分析和工艺设计,采用UG软件,设计了轿车后车门外板零件成形的四套模具。对模具进行加工制造和压制试验,得到轿车后车门外板的各序冲压零件。根据检验基准书,判断零件合格,验证了零件工序设计和模具设计的合理性。According to the characteristics of parts and forming process analysis,four parts forming processes are designed,which are drawing forming process,trimming punching cutting process,shaping flanging cutting process and flanging punching process.According to process analysis and process design,four sets of moulds for forming parts of car rear door panel are designed by UG software.The stamping parts of the rear door plate of the car were obtained by machining and pressing test.According to the inspection standard,the parts are judged to be qualified,and the rationality of the process design and die design of the parts is verified.
