摘  要:根据MSG-3分析方法,对飞机系统进行分析,找出非安全性影响的故障原因,提出了一种适用于航空公司自编维修任务的维修间隔确定方法。采用非参数估计中的乘积限估计求得部件在不同时间点的可靠度,利用经济可靠度模型计算经济可靠度临界值,结合该机型的间隔框架,获得民机部件的临界预防维修间隔。According to THE ANALYSIS method of MSG-3,the failure causes of non-safety influence are found out when analyzing the aircraft system,and a method for determining the maintenance interval which is suitable for the self-compiled maintenance tasks of airline companies is proposed.The product limit estimation in non-parametric estimation is used to calculate the reliability of components at different time points,and the economic reliability model is used to calculate the critical value of economic reliability.Combined with the interval frame of this model,the critical preventive maintenance interval of civil aircraft components is obtained.
