摘  要:对热处理变形量、机加工变形量的分析,找出设定轴套磨削余量保证精磨工序完成精磨后不出现磨削余量不足质量问题。提出轴套车工序变形预留磨削余量及热处理变形预留磨削余量的确保精磨工序,以便不出现磨削余量不足质量问题并且高效率高质量完成生产。经过长期的实践验证,该研究达到预期效果,有效减少轴套生产过程质量问题,降低公司报废品成本,高效率完成轴套生产制造。Analyze the amount of heat treatment deformation and machining deformation,find out the set shaft sleeve grinding allowance to ensure that the quality problem of insufficient grinding allowance will not occur after the finish grinding process is completed.The grinding allowance reserved for the deformation of the sleeve turning process and the heat treatment deformation is proposed to ensure the fine grinding process,so that the quality problem of insufficient grinding allowance will not occur and the production can be completed with high efficiency and high quality.After long-term practical verification,the research has achieved the expected results.Effectively reduce the quality problems of the shaft sleeve production process,reduce the company’s scrap product cost,and complete the shaft sleeve production with high efficiency.
