摘 要:数控车床对超高硬度工件切削时,导致刀具磨损严重,为保证产品加工质量,通常操作人员采用手动修改刀具补偿值进行操作。由于该方式存在劳动强度大、出错率高,且在批量生产加工中导致产品质量不稳定;刀具使用寿命凭借操作者经验判断而定,车削刀片浪费量大等现状。为了解决上述问题,提出根据刀具切削磨损曲线,利用宏程序进行函数运算、逻辑判断,实现刀具磨损的自动补偿功能。实验表明优化后的措施不仅可以提高产品尺寸稳定性,还可以提高生产效率,同时降低磨损修改出错概率。Absrtact:When a CNC lathe is cutting ultra-high hardness workpiece,the tool wear is serious.Usually the operator manually modify the tool compensation value for the operation,so as to ensure the processing quality of products.This method has high labor intensity,high error rate and unstable product quality in batch production and processing.In the process of mass production,the operator’s fatigue operation will lead to the scrap of the workpiece.In order to solve the above problems,according to the cutting wear curve of the tool,the automatic compensation function of tool wear is realized by using the independent variables of NC machine tools through the calculation of tool wear function,logical judgement and macro programming.The programming method of the test surface not only improves the dimensional stability of the product,but also improves the production efficiency and reduces the error probability.The programming development of this mode has certain reference significance for batch production optimization program and has certain popularization value.
