摘　　要：2020年是不平凡的一年,新冠肺炎疫情对经济社会造成巨大影响,与疫情防控和实体经济发展相关的资金筹集和汇划曾经一度面临前所未有的困难。在人民银行指导下,支付清算行业快速响应、主动作为,认真践行“支付为民”理念,充分发挥线上金融服务优势,做到7×24小时为客户提供金融服务,积极助力疫情防控。此次疫情对金融行业最直接的影响之一就是客户对线上化、移动化服务的需求迅猛增长。Pushing forward a digital transition is the in evitable choice by which the payment and settlement industry adapts to the new situation and promotes the high quality development.In order that the payment and settlement industry may play a better role in the revolving of the national economy and the modern circulation system,it is proposed that a legal system and the rules and regulations be set up and perfected,a system that is to foster the developmental trend of the payment and settlement industry in the digital era,tough nuts of the short board and weak areas of the industry be cracked with concerted efforts,and the cooperation and sharing within and across industries be strengthened.
