摘　　要：目的:探讨加速康复理念下无管化肺结节手术围术期护理方案,预防和减少术后并发症,提高患者的就医体验。方法:回顾性分析2018年12月至2020年1月21例无管化肺结节手术患者围术期护理。结果:21例患者尿潴留2例,经干预后均自主排尿,全部患者均在术后2~3 d内治愈出院。结论:无管化肺结节术患者实施针对性护理方案,可提高手术效果,减少术后并发症。Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing plan for patients undergoing tubeless pulmonary nodule surgery under the concept of rapid rehabilitation,in order to prevent and reduce postoperative complications,improve the medical experience of patients.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on perioperative nursing care of 21 patients undergoing tubeless pulmonary nodules from December 2018 to January 2020.Results:There was 2 urinary retention observed of the 21 patients,all of them urinated autonomously after intervention.All the 21 patients were cured and discharged within 2-3 days after surgery.Conclusions:Targeted nursing programs for patients undergoing tubeless pulmonary nodule surgery can improve the surgical effect and reduce postoperative complications.
