摘 要:为评估兔感染戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)对兔出血综合征(RHD)疫苗免疫效果的影响,将未知感染HEV的兔接种RHD疫苗,对其产生的RHD特异性抗体水平、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、淋巴细胞增殖、IL-2、IFN-γ及HEV基因残留进行了检测。结果显示,兔产生兔出血综合征病毒(RHDV)和HEV的抗体水平较低;血清中ALT含量显著升高;淋巴细胞增殖、IL-2、IFN-γ的水平降低;接种疫苗后7,14 d检测到HEV基因,而21 d未检测到该病毒基因。结果表明,HEV在兔体内残留时间较长,对RHDV免疫水平具有一定的干扰作用。To evaluate the immunogenicity of RHDV in rabbits infected with HEV,rabbits were chosen to inoculate with RHDV alone.The RHDV-specific antibody,the proliferation of lymphocytes,contents of IL-2,IFN-γ and HEV gene residual were investigated respectively.During the experiment,the mental status,eating and drinking behaviors of the rabbits were un-normal.The experimental results showed that both specific humoral and cell-mediated immune responses could not be induced in animals immunized with RHDV.In particular,ALT showed the excellent increase,while the proliferation of lymphocytes,contents of IL-2 and IFN-γ could not increase significantly.In addition,viral nucleic acids were detected in liver at 7 and 14 day post inoculation(DPI).None viral nucleic acids could be detected from any organs at 21 DPI.It was evident that HEV were remained for a long time in rabbits,and interfered with the immune level of RHDV,thus provides valuable support for further development of RHDV genetic vaccines.
