摘　　要：可溶性糖属于水溶性碳水化合物,包括单糖、二糖和低聚糖。可溶性糖部分替代淀粉时可能会降低瘤胃酸中毒的风险,而且具有提高干物质采食量、瘤胃液丁酸浓度、乳脂肪产量等作用,因此,可溶性糖可作为能源物质部分取代淀粉添加到日粮配方中去。现就可溶性糖对反刍动物的采食量、瘤胃发酵特性、生产性能等方面的影响进行归纳总结,为可溶性糖在奶牛生产中的科学应用提供理论依据和技术指导。Soluble sugars are water-soluble carbohydrates including monosaccharides,disaccharides and oligosaccharides.Soluble sugars can increase dry matter intake,ruminal butyric acid concentration and milk fat yield.Therefore,soluble sugar may be used as an energy source to partially replace starch in the diet formulation.So the effects of soluble sugar on the feed intake,production performance and rumen fermentation characteristics of ruminants were expounded,which provides scientific guidance and theoretical basis for further study on the application of soluble sugar in ruminant production.
