摘 要:研究深冷温度及保温时间对CrWMn钢力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理能够提高CrWMn钢的硬度、抗拉强度和耐磨性。提高抗拉强度的最佳处理工艺为-196℃/6h,试样的抗拉强度比未深冷处理试样的抗拉强度提高了30%。提高耐磨性的最佳处理工艺为-100℃/6h,试样的耐磨性比未深冷试样的耐磨性提高了约250%。The effects of cryogenic temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of CrWMn steel were studied.The results show that cryogenic treatment can improve the hardness,tensile strength and wear resistance of CrWMn steel.The best treatment process to improve the tensile strength is-196℃for 6 h;using this process,the tensile strength of the sample is 30%higher than that of the sample without cryogenic treatment.The best process to improve the wear resistance is to keep temperature at-100℃for 6;under this process,the wear resistance of the sample is about 250%higher than that of the sample without cryogenic treatment.
