摘 要:采用半连续铸造工艺,研究了工艺参数对ZL201合金坯料凝固微观组织的影响,并探讨了合金组织的演变。结果表明:熔体过热度是影响合金半连续铸造微观组织形貌的重要因素之一,二次冷却对铸坯熔体的冷却效果是通过铸造速度的调整来进行改变,进而达到对铸坯凝固组织的改变。ZL201合金经655℃保温10 min后进行铸造速度为120 mm/min的半连续铸造,可获得分布均匀、细小的非树枝晶微观组织。The billets of ZL201 alloy were cast by semi-continuous casting. The effect of process parameters on the microstructure of the ZL201 alloy billets was studied. The microstructure evolution of the alloy was analyzed. The results show that the superheat of the melt is one of the key factors affecting the microstructure morphology of the alloy cast by semi-continuous casting. The effect of casting rate on the solidification microstructure of the alloy is through changing the secondary cooling intensity onto the casting billet. The microstructure of ZL201 alloy billet was distributed uniformly with fine non-dendrite structure when the alloy was held at 655℃ for 10 min and then was cast by semi-continuous casting at the casting rate of 120 mm/min.
