摘  要:用亚铝晶石粉、石英粉、硅藻土作为复合耐火骨料,以快干硅溶胶和聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为复合粘结剂,钠基膨润土和黄原胶作为复合悬浮剂,制备铸铁用水基消失模涂料。通过正交试验确定了涂料中各组分的最佳配比。测试了涂料的各项性能,观察分析了涂层的微观形貌和组织。结果表明:涂层中耐火骨料颗粒均匀分布、结合紧密,颗粒间形成的沟壑、孔洞相互连成一片,这改善了涂层的透气性能,防止了铸件表面气孔、碳缺陷的产生,涂料综合性能良好。Water based EPC coating for cast iron was prepared by using aluminite powder, quartz powder and diatomite as composite refractory aggregate, quick drying silica sol and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as composite binder, sodium bentonite and xanthan gum as composite suspending agent. The optimum ratio of each component in the coating was determined by orthogonal test. The properties of the coating were tested, and the morphology of the coating was observed. The results show that the refractory aggregate particles are evenly distributed and closely combined, and the grooves and holes formed between the particles are connected together, which improves the air permeability of the coating, prevents the occurrence of blowholes and carbon defects on the surface of the casting, and the comprehensive properties of the coating is good.
