摘  要:采用原有的浇注工艺生产的球墨铸铁卡箍铸件,在远离浇口端的热节处产生缩孔、缩松缺陷,废品率达30%。在均衡凝固理论的指导下,重新进行了均衡凝固浇注系统工艺设计,在DISA垂直造型线.上生产出了无冒口的质量优良的卡箍铸件,缩孔、缩松缺陷得以消除。Ductile iron clamp-type castings produced on DISA line with the original casting process had the shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage defects in the hot spot far away from the gate end,and the reject rate was 30%.Under the guidance of proportional solidification theory,the casting process with the proportional solidification pouring system was redesigned,and the high quality clamp castings without riser was produced on the DISA vertical molding line,and the shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage defects were eliminated.
