道路客运联网售票系统发展优化研究

摘　　要：为降低公众购票隐形成本和企业运营成本、方便公众出行,提升道路运输服务水平,本文通过全国除港澳台外31个省市道路客运联网售票系统功能及应用调查分析,以及道路客运联网售票服务需求的深入研究,发现国内道路客运联网售票系统基本满足目前乘客日常出行的需要,但在出行便捷性、客运业务对接和服务质量等方面仍有优化空间。从全国道路客运移动互联应用程序、完善电子客票系统、打造站队协同业务系统平台、提升联网售票系统人性化服务和满足定制化出行、“全行程”出行、旅客联运等新需求,对未来道路客运联网售票系统功能优化提出了建议,以期为道路客运联网售票系统的功能完善、提升服务质量提供参考。In order to reduce the hidden costs of public ticket purchases and corporate operating costs,facilitate public travel,and improve the level of road transportation services,this paper passes the survey and analysis of the functions and applications of the road passenger transport network ticketing system in 31 provinces and cities nationwide except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan,as well as the road passenger transportation network ticketing service.Through in-depth research on demand,it has been found that the domestic road passenger transportation network ticketing system basically meets the current daily travel needs of passengers,but there is still room for optimization in terms of travel convenience,docking of passenger transport services,and service quality.From the national road passenger transport mobile interconnection application,perfecting the electronic ticket system,building a coordinated bus fleet with station business system platform,improving the human-facing service of the networked ticketing system,and meeting the new needs of customed passenger transport,considering travel continuity,transport combined with tourism,etc,for future road passenger transport suggestions are made on the optimization of the function of the ticketing system,with a view to providing a reference for the perfection of the function of the ticketing system for road passenger transportation and the improvement of service quality.
