摘　　要：梳理连云港综合交通网络发展的现实基础,基于连云港作为新亚欧大陆桥东方起点和国际综合交通枢纽特征,从融入我国以加快形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局的“双循环”战略出发,阐述了新时期连云港市推动综合交通运输发展的战略目标、发展思路、实施途径和关键任务及保障机制。To sort out the realistic basis of the development of Lianyungang's integrated transportation network,based on the characteristics of Lianyungang as an international integrated transportation hub and as the eastern starting point of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge,from the viewpoint of integrating into my country to accelerate the formation of a new domestic and international dual-cycle mutual promotion Starting from the"dual cycle"strategy of the development pattern,this paper expounds the strategic goals,development ideas,implementation approaches,key tasks and guarantee mechanisms of Lianyungang City in promoting the development of integrated transportation in the new era.
