摘  要:糖类成分在中药广泛分布,具有多种药理活性。毛细管电泳法(capillary electrophoresis,CE)具备分离效率高、样品消耗量少等优势,在糖类分析中得到较好的应用。本文对CE在中药糖类成分分析中的应用进行了总结。同时介绍了CE针对糖类分析的分离策略和检测方法的研究进展,分离策略包括糖类与硼酸根络合或在强碱条件下电离等,检测方法包括紫外检测、荧光检测、电化学检测和质谱检测。以期为CE在中药糖类成分分析中的研究提供参考。Saccharides are widely distributed in traditional Chinese medicine and have lots of pharmacological activities. Capillary electrophoresis(CE) has the advantages of high resolution and less sample consumption. This review summarized the applications of CE on analysis of saccharides from traditional Chinese medicine. Meanwhile the research advance of CE isolation strategies and detection methods were introduced. The isolation strategies included saccharides complexing with borate or isolating in highly alkaline buffer and so on. And the detection methods were based on ultraviolet,laser induced fluorescence,electrochemistry and mass spectrometry. It was expected that this review could provide references for the research on CE analysis of saccharides from traditional Chinese medicine.
