健康教练技术在高血压病社区护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教练技术在社区护理中对高血压病患者的血压控制水平和行为管理依从性的影响。方法以2019年1月至7月在某社区卫生服务中心进行定期体检的120例原发性高血压病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采取常规社区护理,研究组实施健康教练技术进行护理干预,比较两组患者血压控制水平和自我管理行为依从性。结果在血压控制方面,研究组的血压控制达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在自我管理行为依从性方面,研究组在用药、饮食、运动、休息、情绪等方面的得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教练技术应用在社区高血压病患者的护理中能够有效提升患者自我管理行为的依从性及血压控制达标率。Objective To explore the effects of Health Coaching on blood pressure control and self-management behavior compliance in community nursing of hypertension.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with primary hypertension who underwent physical examination in a community health service center of Nanjing from January to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine community care.And the patients in study group were treated with technical intervention by health coaches.The control of blood pressure and compliance of self-management behaviors were compared.Results The control rate of blood pressure in study group was higher than that in the control group significantly(P<0.05).The compliance rate of self-management behaviors in study group was higher than that of control group significantly,in terms of medication,diet,exercise,rest,mood,etc(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of Health Coaching in the nursing care of patients with hypertension in hypertension community can effectively improve the compliance of patients'self-management behavior and blood pressure control.
