社区居民安全感影响因素的实证研究——基于上海的调查

摘　　要：提升社区居民安全感是城市安全建设的重要目标之一。在梳理国内外文献的基础上,通过构建基于社区认同理论的框架进行分析,即以社区居民安全感为因变量,社区安全管理功能认同、居民参与社区安全治理认同、邻里关系认同及生活质量认同为自变量,将受访者个体因素纳入控制变量。得到的量化结果表明,社区安全管理功能认同与社区居民生活质量认同对因变量具有显著影响。居民关于两者的认同感越强,则其安全感也越强,而另两个变量则对因变量不构成显著影响。为此,应注重社区安全管理功能的完善与居民生活质量认同感的培育,同时营建良好的多元主体共建模式,拓展居民参与社区安全治理的路径并塑造睦邻友好的社区安全文化。Improving the sense of security of community residents is one of the important goals of urban security construction. On the basis of literature review at home and abroad, this paper constructs a framework based on community identity theory for analysis, that is, taking community residents’ sense of security as the dependent variable, taking community safety management function identity, residents’ participation in community safety governance identity, neighborhood relationship identity and quality of life identity as independent variables, and taking the individual factors of interviewees include control variables. The quantitative results show that the identification of community safety management function and the identification of community residents’ quality of life have a significant impact on the dependent variable, that is, the stronger the residents’ identification of the two, the stronger their sense of security, while the other two variables do not have a significant impact on the dependent variable. Therefore, we should pay attention to the improvement of community safety management function and the cultivation of residents’ sense of identity in quality of life. At the same time, we should build a good multi-subject co-construction mode, expand the path for residents to participate in community safety governance and shape a good-neighborly and friendly community safety culture.
