摘　　要：冻干型口崩片是一种固体速释制剂,其采用冷冻干燥法制备可快速除去水分,获得疏松多孔的骨架结构,无需水送服仅凭唾液便可在口腔中快速崩解,生物利用度高,对胃肠道的刺激性低,且服药依从性良好,适宜于老年人、小儿及某些特殊疾病人群服用。基于以上特点,近年来众多药物以冻干型口崩片的形式应用于临床,治疗效果良好。本文通过查阅冻干型口崩片的相关文献,对其剂型特点、制备及临床应用进行梳理总结,为其后续研究与开发提供一定的参考。Freeze-dried orally disintegrating tablet is a kind of solid quick release dosage form.It can quickly remove water and obtain porous skeleton structure by freeze-drying method.It can disintegrate rapidly in mouth without water delivery and only with saliva.Freeze-dried orally disintegrating tablet has the properties such as high bioavailability,low gastrointestinal irritation and good compliance.It is suitable for the elderly,children and people with special diseases.Based on the above characteristics,in recent years,many drugs in the form of freeze-dried orally disintegrating tablet have been used in clinic,and the therapeutic effects are promising.In this paper,the characteristics,preparation process and clinical application of freeze-dried orally disintegrating tablet were reviewed and summarized by referring to the relevant literature,so as to provide reference for its follow-up research and development.
