摘  要:智能调度系统是坪山河干流智慧水务平台的重要组成部分,其调度对象涉及截流系统、调蓄系统和净化系统。基于调蓄池承前启后的作用,调度方案以调蓄池的状态作为工况划分的依据,将调度分为旱时、雨时、雨后三个阶段,提出了相应的调度思路,并建立了旱时和雨后的调度模型。以调度模型为基础,研发了智能调度系统,智能调度系统根据调度所需污水量预测、降雨预报等基本信息,旱季雨季统一考虑,全面协调制定调蓄池、净化站和湿地的调度计划,合理分配水量,保证系统正常运行。The intelligent scheduling system is an important part of the smart water affairs platform of Pingshan River mainstream,and the scheduling objects of the intelligent scheduling system involve river closure system,storage system and purification system.Based on the role of the storage pool as a link between the past and the future,the scheduling scheme takes the state of the storage pool as the basis for the division of working conditions,and divides the scheduling into three stages:dry time,rainy time and post-rain.In view of the three stages above,the corresponding scheduling ideas are put forward,and the scheduling model in dry timeand post-rain is established.Based on the dispatching model,the intelligent scheduling system is developed.According to the basic information of sewage volume forecast and rainfall forecast required by scheduling,the intelligent scheduling system comprehensively coordinates the scheduling plan of the storage pool,purification station and wetland,reasonably allocates water distribution and ensures the normal operation of the system.
