摘 要:百万千瓦级商用核电站采用的核安全级数字化仪控系统(DCS)结构复杂、设备众多,常规的故障报警机制,无法捕获设备的闪发故障,导致维护人员定位故障设备时间过长。当设备故障时间超过电厂规定时,直接导致机组运行模式的后撤,给核电厂造成严重的经济损失。为了解决以上问题,基于ACPR1000和睦系统(FirmSys)架构,提出了核安全级DCS设备故障日志方案。首先,针对核安全级数字保护系统的特点,提出了故障日志整体设计思路;然后,考虑充分利用核安全级DCS设备的内存资源,提出了故障日志生成和存储方案;最后,通过软件工具实现故障日志的解析、显示、查询与导出等功能,并引入时间戳的概念。通过反复测试表明,该方案可靠性高、安全性好,不仅为核安全级DCS设备捕获闪发设备故障提供有效的手段,而且提升了维护人员定位故障设备的效率,可快速恢复机组的故障状态,保障机组正常运行。目前,该方案已在阳江5号机组上成功应用,在防城港3号、4号机组项目上也处于工厂测试阶段。There are many complex equipment in the structure of nuclear safety level digital control system(DCS)used in megawatt commercial nuclear power station,and the conventional fault alarm mechanism is difficult to capture the flash fault of the equipment,lead to the time of maintenance personnel to locate the faulty equipment.If the equipment failure time exceeds the power plant regulations,it will directly lead to the retreat of the unit operation mode and case serious economic losses to the nuclear power plant.In order to solve the above problems,based on ACPR1000 FirmSys system architecture,this paper proposes a fault log scheme for nuclear safety level DCS equipment.Firstly,according to the characteristics of nuclear safety level digital protection system,the overall design idea of fault log is proposed;Then,taking full advantage of the memory resources of the nuclear safety level DCS equipment,a scheme of fault log generation and storage is proposed;Finally,software tools are used to realize the functions of fault log parsing,display,query and export,and the concept of timestamp is introduced.Through repeated tests,the scheme has high reliability and good safety.It not only provides an effective means for the nuclear safety level DCS equipment to catch the flash equipment fault,but also improves the efficiency of the maintenance personnel to locate the fault equipment,quickly recovers the fault state of the mechanism,and ensures the normal operation of the unit.At present,the scheme has been successfully applied in Yang Jiang unit 5 and Fang Chenggang unit 3 and unit 4 projects are also in the factory test stage.
