摘  要:弹丸挤进过程对弹丸膛内运动有较显著影响。利用Abaqus/Explicit以及其子程序VUAMP,对某定装式炮弹进行了耦合经典内弹道方程组的挤进和膛内运动过程的有限元计算,并建立了3种弹带结构的有限元模型进行仿真。结果表明:弹丸冲击挤进会导致弹体的加速度发生骤降,且相同弹带宽度时,单根弹带的过载骤降程度大于双根弹带;综合比较最大膛压、弹丸过载变化和运动阻力等因素,单根宽24 mm的弹带结构是理想的选择。The engraving process of projectile had great impact on the projectile motion in the bore.By using the Abaqus/Explicit and its subroutine VUAMP,the finite element calculation of in bore motion process and the engraving process of coupled classical interior ballistic equation set of a certain fixed mounting type projectile were calculated.In addition,the finite element models of three kinds of band structure were established to be simulated.The results shows that the projectile impact engraving will lead to the sudden decrease of the acceleration of the projectile,and the overload sag of single band is more severe than that of double band with the same band width.Considering the maximum bore pressure,projectile overload change and movement resistance and other factors,a single band with 24 mm width is an ideal choice.
