摘 要:概述了近年来对氨基酸表面活性剂月桂酰肌氨酸钠分别与非离子型、阴离子型以及两性离子型表面活性剂构建复配体系的研究成果。氨基酸复配体系主要通过改变表面活性剂用量、配比等参数,提高体系黏度;针对含月桂酰肌氨酸钠的二元复配体系,少量烷基糖苷即可实现协同增稠;而三元复配体系中,表面活性剂总用量、配比以及烷基糖苷的添加量、温度、pH值、无机盐等都会对体系黏度产生极大影响。The recent research on sodium lauroyl sarcosinate as typical amino acid surfactant and its synergy with nonionic,anionic and amphoteric surfactants have been reviewed.The viscosity of the systems containing this amino acid surfactant has been generally increased through changing the amount or the proportion of surfactants,and/or other parameters of surfactants.A small amount of alkyl glycoside could achieve synergistic thickening in binary surfactant system,but in ternary surfactant system,the total amount and the composition of surfactants,and the amount of alkyl glucoside,temperature,pH,electrolytes,etc,could all show significant influences to the viscosity.
