摘  要:运用适用于小样本的模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,探讨多因素对研究型大学学术硕士研究生学术忠诚的影响机制。以南京大学132名学术性硕士研究生为案例样本,采用六点量表对其进行研究,将学术忠诚度作为结果变量,学业挑战、关怀型导师指导、定规型导师指导、同伴互动、读博意愿、文章发表作为条件变量,运用fsQCA研究解释变量与结果变量间的关系。基于自我决定理论,研究发现:以读博意愿为自主需求的学生无需外在动机支持仍保持较高学术忠诚度;不排斥读博且学业挑战较低的学生辅以关怀型指导、学术成果等关系需求和胜任需求能提高其学术忠诚水平;明确表示无读博意愿的学生需关怀型指导、定规型指导、同伴互动、学术成果等大量外部支持才能维持较高的学术忠诚水平。In order to explore the influence mechanism of multiple factors on the academic postgraduates′academic loyalty in research universities,this paper makes case study with academic loyalty of 132 academic postgraduates in Nanjing University,uses the six-point scale to investigate the subjects.The paper takes academic loyalty as a result variable,academic challenge,caring tutor guidance,disciplined tutor guidance,peer interaction,willingness to pursue a Ph.D.,and article publication as condition variables,then discusses the relationship attributes between explanatory variables and the outcome variable by fsQCA,which is suitable for small samples.Based on self-determination theory,the study found that students who take the willingness to pursue a Ph.D.as their autonomous needs can maintain a high level of academic loyalty without external support;students who do not exclude studying for a Ph.D.and have lower academic challenges can improve their academic loyalty level via relationship and competence needs,such as care guidance and academic achievements;Students who do not have the willingness to pursue a Ph.D.need a lot of external support to maintain a high level of academic loyalty,including care guidance,control guidance,peer interaction and academic achievements.
