摘 要:公安高等教育是公安队伍建设的源头和基础,在公安工作中处于基础性、先导性地位。公安院校人才培养质量对于提升公安队伍的业务水平具有重大意义。警校生职业认同感作为公安高等教育质量表征之一,目前尚缺乏有效的测量工具。在遵循量表编制的原则和要求的基础上,经过理论构建、问卷编制与施测、信效度分析等程序,编制形成警校生职业认同感量表。量表包括职业认知、职业行为、职业情感、职业适切性四个维度,具有良好信效度。Public security higher education is the source and foundation of the construction of public security forces,and it plays a basic and leading role in public security work.The quality of cultivating students in police colleges is of great significance for improving the professional level of the public security team.The professional identity of students who in police collegesis a quality characterization of public security higher education,but it can′t be measured properly.On the basis of the principles and requirements of the preparation of scale,this study has compiled a professional identification scale for students who in police colleges through theoretical construction,preparation and testing of scale,and analysis of reliability and validity.The scale includes four dimensions:occupational cognition,professional behavior,occupational emotion,and occupational relevance,which has good reliability and validity.
