摘  要:超声辅助提取多糖较传统的水浴法有着省时、节约能源等优点。本研究选取固液比、超声时间、超声功率、提取次数四个因素,采用单因素结合正交实验优化了超声辅助提取猴头菇菌丝体多糖的工艺。结果表明:超声辅助法提取的最佳方法为固液比1∶15(g·mL^-1)、超声时间10 min、超声功率200 W、提取次数3次。在此条件下,猴头菇菌丝体多糖的平均得率达(4.12±0.07)%。该研究为猴头菇菌丝体多糖提取的工业化生产提供了实验依据。Ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides has the advantages of time saving and energy saving compared with the traditional water bath method.In this study,the orthogonal experiments based on single factor tests were used to optimize the process of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from hericium erinaceus mycelium,selecting four factors including solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,and extraction times.The results showed that the best method for ultrasonic assisted extraction was solid-liquid ratio 1∶15(g·mL^-1),ultrasonic time 10 min,ultrasonic power 200 W and extraction times 3 times.Under these conditions,the average yield of mycelium polysaccharides from hericium erinaceus reached(4.12±0.07)%.This study could provide an experimental basis for the industrialization of the extraction of polysaccharides from the mycelium of hericium erinaceus.
