摘  要:自主品牌车企普遍进入市场较晚、技术基础相对薄弱,目前在市场上普遍存在可靠性不足的课题。整车耐久试验是检验汽车可靠性的一种重要手段,有利于在产品上市之前发现问题并及时采取对策,从而有效提升产品在市场上的可靠性表现。现阶段由于自主品牌车企在技术积累上与国外品牌存在着一定的差距,面向自主品牌车企的整车耐久试验有必要展开针对性研究。本文介绍了整车耐久试验建立的基本原理和流程、试验样本选定和试验运营管理的方法,提出一种面向自主品牌车企的整车耐久试验体系建立及运营管理的方法。实践表明该试验方法可有效指导自主品牌车企建立整车耐久试验体系,显在化品质课题并有效减少市场索赔数量,提升产品市场表现和顾客满意度。The domestic independent brand automobile enterprises generally enter the market relatively late,the technical strength is relatively weak.At present,there is a problem of insufficient reliability in the market.The automotive durability test is an important means.to test the reliability of the vehicle,it is helpful to find out the problem before the product comes to market and take countermeasures in time.thus effectively improve the reliability performance in the market.At present,there is a certain gap between independent brands and forcign brands in terms of the technical know-how,so the automotive durability test for domestic independent brand automobile enterprises needs to be studied pertinently.This paper introduces the basic principle and process of vehicle durability test establishment,test sample selection and test operation management methods.And puts forward a method of vehicle durability test system establishment and operation management for independent brand vehicle enterprises.The practice shows that the test method can effectively guide the independent brand vehicle enterprises to establish the vehicle durability test system,detect the quality issues and effectively reduce the number of market claims,improve the product market performance and customer satisfaction.
