摘 要:随着我国城镇化的快速发展,各滨江城市的发展空间制约效应正逐渐凸显,跨江发展成为滨江城市拓展发展空间的必然选择。以武汉、长沙、南昌三市为例,利用GIS空间分析等方法分析各城市建设用地扩展的时空异质性及其建设空间生长的内在机制。结果表明:①三市建设用地扩展速率均呈先增后减趋势,扩展形态均以外延式为主,填充式、飞地式并存,但各阶段用地扩展面积及强度、建设用地边界分形维数呈较大差异。②各滨江城市建设空间生长受自然地理、社会经济、政策规划等因素综合影响,不同城市的不同发展阶段占据主导地位的影响因素各异,各类影响因素相互作用共同驱动城市建设空间扩展。With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the development space restriction effect of each riverside city is gradually prominent,and the development across the river has become the inevitable choice for the riverside city to expand its development space.Taking Wuhan,Changsha and Nanchang as examples,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of urban construction land expansion and the internal mechanism of construction space growth by means of GIS spatial analysis.The results show that:(1)the expansion rate of construction land in the three cities shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the expansion forms are mainly extended,filling type and enclave type coexist,but the expansion area,intensity and fractal dimension of construction land boundary in each stage are quite different.②The spatial growth of riverside cities is affected by natural geography,economic and social factors,policy planning and other factors.The dominant factors in different development stages of different cities are different.The interaction of various factors jointly drives the expansion of urban construction space.
