摘  要:以1a生丛枝白蜡枝条作为扦插材料,设置3种不同植物生长调节剂种类(ABT1、NAA、IBA)、浓度(100、250、500mg/L)及浸蘸时间(10、30、60min)的三因素三水平的L9(34)的正交试验,研究在不同处理下丛枝白蜡根系成活情况及对株高、丛枝数和叶片数的影响。结果表明:100mg/L ABT1号生根粉浸蘸1h时扦插生根率最高,浸蘸时间对生根影响最大,激素种类次之,激素浓度影响最小。不同激素处理对丛枝白蜡成活率、优势苗叶片数、优势苗丛枝数影响显著,但对苗高、主根长度、侧根数量、侧根平均长度及根重影响无显著差异。主根长度与成活率、侧根平均长度呈显著正相关,苗高与侧根平均长度呈显著负相关,丛枝数与叶片数呈极显著正相关。The annual arbuscular ash branch was used as cutting material,and the orthogonal experiment of L9(3^4)with three different hormone types,hormone concentration and soaking time was conducted to study the rooting survival of arbuscular ash under different treatments and the different effects on plant height,number of arbuscular branches and number of leaves.The results showed that the rooting rate was the highest when 100 mg/L ABT1 rooting powder was dipped in for 1 hour,and the soaking time had the greatest influence on rooting,followed by hormone species and hormone concentration.Different hormone treatments had significant effects on the survival rate,the number of leaves and the number of branches,but had no significant differences on the height,the length of main root,the number of lateral roots,the average length and weight of lateral roots.The main root length was positively correlated with the survival rate and the average length of lateral root,the seedling height was negatively correlated with the average length of lateral root,and the number of clumps was positively correlat-ed with the number of leaves.
