摘  要:针对煤矿通风系统人工巡检、现场操纵、监控自动化水平低的问题,提出了一种以组态王软件和PLC硬件为核心的煤矿通风监控系统,构建以RS485总线技术短距通信和以工业以太网远距通信的网络模式,实现了有害尘气和环境温度自动监测、风机工作状态监测与报警、风机一键启动与倒换、风门监测与伴热控制和储存数据与在线监看功能。该系统可以提高通风系统的稳定性和自动监控水平,为设备日常维护与科学管理提供依据,为中小型矿井通风系统自动化改造提供一种新思路。In view of the disadvantages in manual inspection,field operation and the low automatic monitoring level of ventilation system in coal mines,this design presents an online monitoring and control system of coal mine ventilation,which is based on Kingview software and PLC hardware,and constructs a network mode of the short-distance communication with RS485 filedbus and the long-distance communication with industrial Ethernet.This system can realize the functions of automatic monitoring of dusty-gas and environment temperature,the monitoring and alarm of fanner’s working state,one-button start and switching of the fanner,heating control of ventilation door,data storage and online monitoring.The system can also improve the stability and automatic monitoring level of ventilation system,providing not only the basis for daily maintenance and scientific management of the equipment,but also a new idea for the automatic transformation of the ventilation system in small and medium-sized mines.
