研究苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗对于高血压患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的78例高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组实施硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组实施苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组血压水平、不良反应情况以及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组血压水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组血压水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率(7.69%)明显低于对照组(25.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(97.44%)明显优于对照组(82.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片能够改善高血压患者的血压水平,减少不良反应发生率,提升临床疗效,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of levoamlodipine besylate tablets in patients with hypertension.Methods 78 patients with hypertension enrolled in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were taken as objects,and were randomly selected as the observation group and the control group,with 39 cases in each group.Nifedipine sustained-release tablets were administered to the control group,and L-Amlodipine besylate was administered to the observation group.The blood pressure levels,adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups before treatment.The blood pressure level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was significantly lower in the observation group(7.69%)than the control group(25.64%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group(97.44%)was significantly better than the control group(82.05%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion L-Amlodipine besylate tablets can improve the blood pressure level of patients with hypertension,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve clinical efficacy,it is worth promoting.
