摘　　要：目的分析椎间孔镜治疗腰椎融合内固定术后邻近节段退变的临床效果。方法选择2014年9月至2019年9月本院收治的36例行腰椎融合内固定术后邻近节段退变患者,应用椎间孔镜治疗,比较术前、术后1 d、术后3个月、术后6个月的VAS评分、ODI评分。结果治疗前、术后1 d、术后3个月、术后6个月VAS评分逐渐降低,且不同时间VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=447.632,P=0.000)。治疗前、术后1 d、术后3个月、术后6个月ODI评分逐渐降低,且不同时间ODI评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=4219.366,P=0.000)。结论对于行腰椎融合内固定术后邻近节段退变患者,应用椎间孔镜治疗效果显著,能有效缓解疼痛情况,改善腰椎功能障碍指数,值得临床应用和推荐。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transforaminal endoscopy in the treatment of adjacent segment degeneration after lumbar fusion and internal fixation.Methods 36 patients with adjacent segment degeneration after lumbar fusion and internal fixation were selected from September 2014 to September 2019 in our hospital.The VAS score and ODI score before operation,1 day after operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation were compared.Results The VAS score decreased gradually before treatment,1 day after operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant in different time(t=447.632,P=0.000).ODI scores decreased gradually before treatment,1 day after operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant at different time points(t=4219.366,P=0.000).Conclusion For patients with adjacent segment degeneration after lumbar fusion and internal fixation,the application of intervertebral foramen endoscopic treatment has significant effect,effectively relieve pain and improve lumbar disability index,which is worthy of clinical application and recommendation.
