中药瘢痕膏联合中药熏蒸治疗烧伤后瘢痕增生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究中药瘢痕膏联合中药熏蒸治疗烧伤后瘢痕增生的临床效果。方法选择本院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的烧伤后瘢痕增生患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用中药瘢痕膏联合中药熏蒸。比较两组VSS评分、治疗总有效率。结果观察组VSS评分、治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于烧伤后瘢痕增生患者,中药瘢痕膏联合中药熏蒸方案的临床疗效显著优于西医方案,患者预后情况更为理想。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine scar cream combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on scar hyperplasia after burn.Methods 62 patients with post-burn scar hyperplasia treated at our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western Medicine treatment,and observation group was treated with Chinese Medicine scar cream combined with Chinese medicine fumigation,31 cases each.The VSS score and total effective rate of treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The VSS score and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion For patients with scar hyperplasia after burn,the clinical efficacy of Chinese Medicine scar cream combined with Chinese Medicine fumigation scheme is significantly better than that ofWestern Medicine scheme,and the prognosis of patients is more ideal.
