摘  要:分散式风电接入配电网为风电消纳提供了很好的途径。然而随着分散式风电在配电网中的渗透率不断提高,会影响电力系统的安全稳定运行。为此,提出了一种考虑各种技术、环境和经济限制因素的分散式风电接入配电网的优化规划方法。综合考虑多种约束,确定了最佳的分散式风电接入位置和风机参数,使给定规划周期内的风电机组投资的净现值最大,并采用灰狼算法进行优化求解。通过南方电网某分散式风电的算例分析,验证了所提模型的性能和效果,同时还得到风速分布对优化规划的影响很大。最后比较了灰狼算法和粒子群优化算法对所提模型的寻优效果。结果表明,采用灰狼算法的收敛速度更快,收敛精度更高。The integration of decentralized wind power into distribution network provides a good way for wind power con⁃sumption.However,with the increasing permeability of decentralized wind power in distribution network,it will affect the safe and stable operation of power system.In this paper,an optimal planning method for the integration of decentral⁃ized wind power into distribution network is proposed considering various technical,environmental and economic con⁃straints.By taking multiple constraints into account,the optimal location of decentralized wind power integration and fan parameters are determined to maximize the net present value(NPV)of wind turbine investment in a given planning period.In addition,the grey wolf optimizer(GWO)is used for optimization.The performance and effect of the proposed model are verified by an example of one decentralized wind power plant in China Southern Power Grid.At the same time,it is found that the wind speed distribution has a great influence on the optimal planning.At last,the optimization effects of the GWO and particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithms on the proposed model are compared,showing that GWO has a faster convergence speed and higher convergence accuracy.
