摘　　要：10kV配电网运维效益直接影响着输配电质量,是新时期电网建设的关键。文章从10kV配电网巡检工作出发,研究在智能化、高效化原则基础上形成科学巡检系统和方案,全面把握配电网的运行状况,第一时间处理各项故障及风险,从根本上降低10kV配电网停电故障率,提升其可靠性和稳定性。10 kV the operation and maintenance benefi t of distribution network directly affects the quality of transmission and distribution in China and is the key to power grid construction in the new period.This research process mainly starts from the 10 kV distribution network inspection work,forms the scientifi c inspection system and the plan on the basis of the intelligent,high effi ciency principle,comprehensively grasps the distribution network operation condition,fi rst time handles each fault and the risk,fundamentally reduces the 10 kV distribution network blackout failure rate,enhances its reliability and the stability.
