摘 要:在变电站进行二次回路拆接线工作时,往往通过在电源侧拆接时在空接点侧测量地电位电压变化的方式确认正确性。而对于某些保护装置强电开入回路,这样的方法却遇到了困难。文章结合行业规范对开入电压门槛的要求、光耦开入回路的原理、光耦原件的伏安特性、万用表的结构及测量原理等理论依据,对这种特殊的电压测量结果进行了深度分析。提出了针对此种情况的一种可行的二次回路核对方法,并对测量作业的步骤进行了风险评估与预控措施设计。When the secondary circuit is disconnected in the substation,the correctness is usually confi rmed by measuring the change of ground potential and voltage at the null contact side when the secondary circuit is disconnected at the power supply side.However,for some protective devices,such a method is diffi cult.In this paper,combined with the requirements of the industry standard for the voltage threshold of the input point,the principle of the input circuit of the optocoupler,the volt ampere characteristics of the optocoupler element,the structure and measurement principle of the multimeter,the in-depth study and analysis of the special voltage measurement results are carried out in this paper.In this paper,a feasible secondary circuit checking method is proposed,and the risk assessment and pre control measures are designed for the measurement steps.
