摘  要:钢结构是当前在桥梁建设中被广泛使用材料,为了给在建设中的舟岱大桥钢结构随桥电缆桥架防腐设计提供选择依据,本文有针对性的对被广泛应用于钢结构防腐的普通热浸锌、稀土热浸锌和石墨烯重防腐涂层防腐手段,进行了中性盐雾测试。经过60d的中性盐雾试验测试显示,稀土热浸锌的防护效果要显著优于普通热浸锌,而普通热浸锌、稀土热浸锌和石墨烯重防腐涂层复合使用能够达到优异的防护效果,且两者复合能够有效的增强腐蚀防护效果。Steel structure is currently widely used in the construction of bridges.In order to provide a selection basis for the anticorrosion design of the steel structure for the cable tray with the Zhoudai Bridge,the common hot-dip zinc,rare earth hot-dip zinc and graphene based composite coatings were chosen to evaluate anti-corrosion performance,using neutral salt spray test.After 60 days of neutral salt spray test,the protective effect of rare earth hot-dip zinc is signifi cantly better than common hot-dip zinc.Combine use of common hot-dip zinc and graphene based composite coatings or rare earth hot-dip zinc and graphene based composite coatings can all achieve excellent protection performance,and the combination of the two can effectively enhance corrosion protection performance.
