摘　　要：一直以来,我国民办高校存在认可度低、生源不足的问题,国家频频出台相关政策扶持民办高校,各大民办高校也在积极扩招以期增加收入,打破困境,但收效甚微,由此民办高校的筹资问题成为发展的严重阻碍。与此同时,许多发达国家的非营利性私立高校一直是国家教育业的支柱,有着丰富的筹资经验,我国民办高校可以借鉴其经验,通过增加政府支持力度、提升办学质量、创新筹资方式、吸引社会捐赠、积极自主创收、国家税收优惠、放开政策限制、拓宽借款渠道、加强筹资渠道的稳定性和创新来源途径等措施改善非营利性民办高校筹资困境。For a long time,private colleges and universities in my country have problems of low recognition and insufficient student resources.The state frequently introduces relevant policies to support private colleges and universities.Major private colleges and universities are also actively expanding enrollment in order to increase income and break the predicament,but the results have been minimal.The financing of universities has become a serious obstacle to development.At the same time,many non-profit private colleges and universities in developed countries have always been the pillars of the national education industry and have rich fund-raising experience.Private colleges and universities in my country can learn from their experience and increase government support,improve the quality of running schools,innovate financing methods,and attract Social donations,active independent income generation,national tax incentives,liberalization of policy restrictions,broadening of borrowing channels,strengthening the stability of financing channels,and innovative sources of sources have improved the financing plight of non-profit private universities.
