摘　　要：马钢重型H型钢BD轧机液压管道系统施工过程中,对系统阀前液压主管采用在线循环酸冲洗方法,对阀后支管利用本体泵进行二次冲洗。详细介绍了液压酸洗回路建立、酸洗材料配方工艺及施工过程中的一些方法与注意事项等。During the construction of the hydraulic piping system of Maanshan Iron&Steel's heavy-duty H-beam BD rolling mill,the hydraulic main pipe before the valve of the system adopts an online cycle acid flushing method,and the branch pipe after the valve is flushed twice with the main pump.It introduces in detail the establishment of hydraulic pickling circuit,pickling material formulation technology and some methods and precautions during construction.
