摘　　要：下贝氏体等温淬火,适用于链条或轴承行业的小工件,通过等温淬火可以得到心部韧性好,机械强度和硬度高等机械特性。热处理工艺过程包括加热、保温和冷却阶段。在本文中,本人结合生产实践,概述下贝氏体等温淬火工艺的一些经验和体会,气氛的控制,设备的关键控制点。Austempering process of heat treatment is usually for small chain or bearing parts.The core ductile,strength and hardness of chain parts will be increased after austempering process.The process includes heating,temperature soak and rapidly cooled(quenched)phase.Will introduce the process base on production experiences.Overview the process such as atmosphere control and quality control.
