摘  要:轴承零件常用锻造工艺成型,特别是中大型尺寸的轴承,常用加热锻造的方法将轴承零件锻造成需要的零件大致形状。由于锻造过程中不断地分不同阶段辗扩,成型后的零件既节约了材料成本,又能使内部组织更加均匀一致,综合机械性能得到显著改善,为后工序的加工尤其是热处理工序提供了良好的基础。由于锻造工艺属于热加工范畴,在锻造过程中不可避免产生氧化皮、脱碳、过热等热加工缺陷,这些缺陷对热处理质量控制及轴承寿命影响较大。本文从生产实践中总结出常见的几种缺陷的产生机理,以及防止办法,对控制轴承零件锻造过程中常见缺陷,具有重要的现实意义。Bearing parts are commonly forged process molding,especially medium and large-sized bearings,commonly used heating forging methods to forge bearing parts into the required parts rough shape.Due to the continuous expansion of the forging process in different stages,the molded parts not only save material costs,but also make the internal organization more uniform and consistent,the comprehensive mechanical performance has been significantly improved,for the processing of the later process,especially the heat treatment process provides a good basis.As the forging process belongs to the category of thermal processing,in the forging process inevitably produces oxidizing skin,decarbonization,overheating and other thermal processing defects,these defects on heat treatment quality control and bearing life has a greater impact.In this paper,the production of several common defects from the production practice,as well as prevention methods,control bearing parts in the forging process of common defects,has important practical significance.
