摘　　要：圆柱凸轮是一个圆柱体上开有凹槽的构件,其轮廓曲线是一条封闭的空间曲线且具较复杂的数学关系。其建模过程相对复杂,本文基于Pro/E5.0,研究了三种不同的建模方法,并进行了四轴仿真加工,生成了数控加工的程序,为同类型零件建模和数控加工提供了参考依据。Cylindrical cam is a member with grooves on a cylinder,and its profile curve is a closed space curve and has a more complicated mathematical relationship.The modeling process is relatively complicated.Based on Pro/E5.0,this paper studies three different modeling methods,and carries out four-axis simulation processing,and generates a numerical control processing program for modeling and numerical control processing of the same type of parts.Provide reference basis.
