摘　　要：对客车发生的间歇性异常振动故障进行了分析与排查,确定油压减振器失效是导致车辆异常振动的原因,通过对油压减振器的拆解与试验验证,确定了导致油压减振器失效的主要原因,为消除车辆间歇性异常振动故障提供了解决措施,并对确保油压减振器检修质量提出了建议。The abnormal vibration occurrence on Passenger car,and by analysis and investigation the oil damper failure is the cause of the abnormal vibration of the vehicle,by dismantling and experimental verification of the hydraulic damper,an oil leading to determine mainly due to pressure shock failure,abnormal vibration to eliminate intermittent fault vehicle provides solutions,and ensure the quality of oil damper overhaul proposals.
