摘  要:东风4内燃机车时常发生因抱轴瓦油位过低而导致抱轴瓦轴温报警,造成严重影响,甚至演变成事故。而我段目前油位检查方式不仅时间长,而且容易漏检、误检。本文论述将原有油尺改造玻璃液位计和加装光电液位传感器,以优化抱轴瓦油位检查效率和随时检测液位,有效避免因漏检、误检等问题造成不良的影响。Too low oil level of bearing bush often causes temperature alarm of bearing bush of Dongfeng 4 diesel locomotive,which causes serious influence and even turns into accident.However,the current oil level inspection method is not only time-consuming,but also easy to miss and mischeck.This paper discusses the modification of glass level gauge with original oil ruler and the addition of photoelectric level sensor in order to optimize the inspection efficiency of oil level of bearing busbar and to detect the liquid level at any time,and effectively avoid the adverse effects caused by problems such as missed inspection and wrong inspection.
