复方紫草颗粒治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方紫草颗粒对宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的治疗效果,为探寻经济有效安全的中医药治疗方法提供依据。方法:选择2017年3月—2018年8月就诊的宫颈高危型HPV感染患者50例,按照随机数表法分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例)。观察组给予复方紫草颗粒治疗,对照组使用重组干扰素α-2b药物治疗。两组均于月经干净后第3天用药,隔日1次,1个疗程10次,连用3个疗程。比较治疗前后两组人乳头瘤病毒DNA(HC2 HPV-DNA)检查、中医症候积分、宫颈柱状上皮外移和新柏氏液基细胞学检测(TCT)检查结果。结果:治疗后两组的HC2 HPV-DNA阳性患者数均比治疗前减少,且观察组的阴性转化率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组的中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组比对照组降低更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组的宫颈柱状上皮外移、TCT阳性例数均比治疗前降低,且观察组的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方紫草颗粒治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染可以显著降低HC2 HPV-DNA感染的阳性率,并且明显改善宫颈柱状上皮外移,减轻细胞恶化等级,降低中医症候积分,价格经济,无创,对治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的中医药途径发展具有重要临床意义。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of compound zicao granules on cervical high-risk HPV infection,and to provide a basis for exploring economic,effective and safe Chinese medicine treatment methods.Methods:Patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection who were treated in hospital during March 2017 to August 2018 were numbered according to the order of their visits,and 50 cases were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method was divided into the control group(25 cases)and the treatment group(25 cases).The treatment group was treated with fufang zicao granules,and the control group was treated with recombinant interferon a-2b.Both groups were administered on the third day after menstrual cleansing,once every other day,one course of 10 times,and three consecutive courses.The clinical treatment of fufang zicao granules was evaluated by comparing the HC2 HPV-DNA examination,TCM symptom scores,cervical columnar epithelial migration,and TCT examination before and after treatment.Results:The number of HC2 HPV-DNA positive patients in the two groups after treatment was reduced compared with that before treatment,and the negative conversion rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was much lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the number of cervical columnar epithelial shifts and TCT positive cases in the two groups were lower than before treatment.The improvement of the group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound zicao granules can significantly reduce the positive rate of HC2 HPV-DNA infection in the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection,and significantly improve the cervical columnar epithelial migration,reduce the grade of cell deterioration,reduce TCM symptom score,economical,non-invasive dama
