摘　　要：目的:观察远程直视服药督导联合双岗督导员管理模式在涂阳肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年1月—2018年12月确诊的新发涂阳肺结核患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组接受常规用药督导模式管理,观察组接受远程直视服药督导联合双岗督导员管理模式,比较两组干预后各指标。结果:观察组新发涂阳者干预后治疗依从率、规则治疗率与治愈率、疾控管理模式满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用远程直视服药督导联合双岗督导员管理模式对涂阳肺结核患者施加干预,可显著提高患者的治疗依从率、规则治疗率及治愈率。Objective:To observe the application effect of the remote direct-view medication supervision and the dual-supervisor management mode in smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods:Eighty patients with newly diagnosed smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis who were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study samples.They were randomly divided into the experimental control group and each group was counted as 40 cases.The control group was managed by the routine drug supervision mode.The test group accepted Long-distance direct-view medication supervision combined with Shuanggang supervisor management mode intervention,comparing the observation indicators after the two groups of intervention.Results:The treatment adherence rate,regular treatment rate and cure rate,and the disease control management model satisfaction score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of remote direct-view medication supervision combined with the dual-supervisor management mode to intervene in smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients can significantly improve the treatment compliance rate,regular treatment rate and cure rate of this group,and is highly recognized by the disease control management.
